I'm by far not a tech genius or anything, but this computer runs fast, has a good amount of space, and is perfect for my job. Portability wise, it's on the larger side but fits in a tote no problem and I added a protective case on top to keep it safe. I love the bendable screen and the fact that it's also touch-activated/guided so I can use it sort of like a tablet. Would recommend for any other office worker looking for a good laptop with a great battery life.

Needed a new computer. One not too big. Not too small just right

I'm a Surface Laptop guy - I like the quality, speed, screen quality of Surfaces. That said, this Chromebook far exceeded my expectations. It's solid, the screen is excellent, battery life is good, the touchscreen is great and, for the money, it's excellent value. I find myself increasingly using Google Workspace for my personal needs - and this Chromebook is perfect as a simple, clean, uncluttered way to use Google Workspace.

Super-easy to setup, like 30 minutes.. I moved from one chromebook to the other. Touch screen is great. Very responsive. I can connect to 2 monitor using a USB-C adapter, and use it for google sheets and other work. Responds better than my Windows laptop, When using stand-alone, switching to from laptop to tablet mode can be slightly fuzzy, but other than that, it is amazing and inexpensive.

A Google Chromebook that won't run Google Authenticator, but would run Microsoft Authenticator - it doesn't get much dumber than that. I use Google Authenticator for a half dozen apps and services, so this laptop is no good for me. I also found it to be slow to load, very heavy, and some apps would close at random. It runs very hot, not promising for longevityThis would probably be ok for kids if you just run games, Gmail and Google Office. Like I said - built like a tank.

I thought this was touch screen. But it's not. I'm not sure what's going on?
